Private Instruction

Private instruction is one of the best ways to prepare for the ACT. Because you will work one on one with the instructor, you can receive personalized coaching and feedback directly suited to your needs. One of the benefits of private instruction is that it is very flexible. Arrangments can be made to suit the needs of the student. If a student would like to prepare for the entire ACT test, we generally recommend twelve meetings with an instructor (twice a week for six weeks leading up to the test). If the student needs less help, he or she could do six meetings (once a week for six weeks). Students can also schedule a few meetings with an instructor to focus on one or two sections of the test. Because of the various needs of each student, we recommend contacting us and together we can develop a plan that will best suit your student.

Private instruction for the ACT includes:

• Exclusive time with the instructor
• Individualized coaching and feedback in preparation for the ACT
• Multiple practice tests (in 12 sessions a student will complete 9 practice tests)

Because of the special attention students receive, private instruction is always a good option for ACT test prep. The following types of students may find private instruction to be particularly helpful:

• Students who have tried other ACT test prep options.

The cost for private instruction is $50 an hour.
